Vincent’s background stems from providing therapeutic services and conducting psychological assessments. In addition to his main counselling and psychology roles, Vincent has also taken up roles of a youth and community counsellor in charity organisations. One of his passions is conducting psychological assessments for children, teenagers, and adults. He recognises the need to work within a multidisciplinary team where holistic and specialised care can be provided. He formulates his treatment plans and psychological assessments through multi-faceted approaches of clinical interviews, psychometric measures, clinical observations, and psychoeducational evaluations.
