GROUP PROGRAMMES
Our Centre runs various social groups targeting different skill sets based on the ages and developmental stages of children and teenagers.
Groups are capped at 6 participants to two coaches. Participants are matched based on factors such as age and needs. The curriculum is based on the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) with research-backed respectful approaches to Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). We pair this with our own RECESS model and use real-life examples (parents will share examples of specific challenges experienced) and weave it into the session to make it more relevant. Written feedback is provided after every session.
