COACHING
Coaching aims to help fill in the gaps in underlying skills related to areas such as executive functioning, emotional regulation and self/social awareness. Coaching also helps address underlying factors that can influence behaviours and habit change (e.g., motivation, behavioural inflexibility, low self-esteem).
At RECESS, our coaches work in 1:1 and/or group settings. We also adopt a collaborative approach, working closely with other stakeholders such as families and schools if needed. This can also be conducted via online sessions for our clients living overseas and is supplemented when they are able to travel to Singapore for in-person sessions (see our Sprint package for more information about this).
